Potter’s WHIM Workshops/Workbooks for Healthier Internal Monologue

What if the most important story you could read is your own?

We spend so much time reading about other people’s lives, other people’s struggles, other people’s transformations. We gather in book clubs to discuss fictional characters and their choices. But when was the last time you read the story of yourself with the same curiosity, honesty, and willingness to explore?

That’s what Potter’s WHIM is for.

I create Interactive Journey books that let you explore your own story through choices, scenarios, and reflections. These aren’t self-help books that tell you what to do. They’re personal development tools that help you see yourself more clearly so you can decide what comes next.

What’s an Interactive Journey?

Think of it as a conversation with yourself that you get to navigate. You’re presented with scenarios, questions, and choices. Each decision you make reveals something about how you think, what you value, and where you might want to shift. There are no wrong answers. No judgment. Just honest exploration of who you are and how you show up in your life.

Some Interactive Journeys are designed for solo reflection. Others are built for groups who want to move past surface conversation and into genuine connection. All of them are designed to meet you where you are, without asking you to be further along than you actually are.

Where Should You Start?

You get to decide based on what you’re ready for.

Easy Entry: Low-risk exploration for people who are curious but cautious. These books invite you in gently without asking for deep vulnerability right away.

Curious Middle: A bit more reflection, a bit more honesty. For people ready to look at patterns and choices without feeling overwhelmed.

Deep Dive: Intensive personal work for people who want to examine identity, belief systems, and the gap between who they are and who they show the world.

Disruptor: For people already in the middle of something hard. No neat endings. No resolutions. Just the chance to see your options clearly when everything feels chaotic.

Ready to Explore?

Browse the catalog by level to find your starting point. Or start with a workbook if you prefer guided reflection over interactive scenarios. Either way, you’re choosing to read your own story instead of someone else’s.

And that’s where real change begins

{Re}Discovering Your Power Through Personal Reflection is like a book club! However, the book you study and discuss is YOU. Leah walks the participants through each module, giving them the time and space to reflect on focused topics. The workshop would be beneficial to anyone new to the world of personal development or anyone who has read a lot of personal development literature and “done the work”— and anyone in between. Whereas I have mostly been a passive consumer of personal development resources, this workshop requires active engagement and introspection. And because I put something into it, I definitely got something out of it.

What I appreciate most about Leah’s probing and leading approach is her equal parts compassion and practicality. After completing the workshop, I not only had a better understanding of my past and current self, but I also applied some new insights and strategies that are helping me create my best possible future self. And that is the beauty of a timeless resource like this—any module can be revisited at any time. For example, I plan to go through the {Re}Discovering Your Goals module at the end of every year.

This workshop is one of the best investments I have made in myself, and the dividends continue!

As a college student, I am working through the Book Club 2: Facilitated format of {Re}Discover You with some fellow students. From the first module, we’ve been hooked! How often do you take time to reflect on whether the way you’re showing up in life is how you want to be seen? Thank you for creating this program for self-reflection.
